What this is

  • TickerRace is a website and Farcaster mini app for games that run on smart contracts on Base
  • You play from your own wallet · we never hold your money and never have access to your wallet
  • Results and payouts are made by the contracts, under the rules shown in How it works

Who can use it

  • You must be an adult where you live
  • You must not be a US person, or live in a place where games like these are not allowed
  • You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you

Your wallet

  • You alone control your wallet and its keys · we can't recover them or undo a transaction
  • Check every transaction in your wallet before you sign it

Risk

  • You can lose what you put in
  • Read Rules and risks before you play
  • Nothing here is financial advice

Fees

  • 10% of what a winner wins, taken by the contract
  • $0.25 to open a private race
  • Base network fees, paid by your wallet

Fair play

  • Don't try to break, overload or trick the site, the contracts or the price sources
  • Don't use the site for anything unlawful
  • Names and pictures you set must not copy someone else or be offensive · we may hide them

Changes and availability

  • The site can change, pause or stop offering a game at any time
  • Money already in a contract stays claimable from the contract itself, with or without this site
  • These terms can change · the date at the top shows the latest version

Limits

  • The site and the contracts are offered as they are, without promises
  • As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from playing, from price moves, from network or wallet problems, or from the contracts
